I went through 5 roof contractors, and Duke Contractors LLC stood out in terms of quality and price. I met with Jose who was very helpful and courteous. I’m someone who doesn’t know the first thing about roofing, let alone repair, and he explained the repair and issue in detail, including how to prevent it in the future. I was extremely impressed with this company. I looked at four other companies within a week’s time, so I could compare one against the other in terms of how they diagnosed the problem and how they intended to fix it. Duke Contractors LLC was the most comprehensive and professional. As soon as they finished the work, we had some major rain, and I detected a drip. I called them and they arrived the next morning at 8AM and worked until 1PM to find and fix the leak. This is a really good company, and I would definitely hire them again although I don’t think I will have to. Finally, their price, although not cheap {you get what you pay for}, was very reasonable for the for the level and quality of work they performed. I am usually a stickler about work performed on my home, but I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

Well, I called Jose Duque. Even though he heard a female voice, he did not categorize me and overcharge me. He came for a free estimate. Gave me 2 options: 1 for the repair and the other one for the roof replacement. Both prices were great. Duke Contractors LLC is legit, on time, great service, and great consideration for military and police officers. I am 110% satisfied. He worked for the whole neighborhood by the way. And they are not hungry for money, you pay when the job is done. They send you an invoice. Customer service to the T.

Let me start by saying, I am not the easiest client to deal with. I have high expectations, and I like quality work. I stay on top of work to be completed. These guys met all my expectations. Mr. Duque, Sr. Is a great person. Honest, timely, and responsive. Gave us a quote very quickly. Having had a bad experience with other Miami contractors, these guys are good peeps. They do quality work at a reasonable price. And they are there every step of the way. Granted, it did take a little longer than expected to start the job from the time the permit was issued, due to rain and other unforeseen circumstances (we replaced the flat roof with them). Overall, happy. Hopefully the roof will last with no issues.

Duke Contractors LLC is a great family business that really looks out for its clients. My roof was almost 20 years old and had a leak. I had called other companies for quotes, but Duke Contractors LLC had been in business the longest and offered a better warranty, so I spoke to Jose at Duke Contractors LLC and hired them to do a re-roof. Before they could start, a storm was coming, and I needed something done quickly before then, so we didn’t get any water in the home. Jose’s father and another roofer came by on short notice on Good Friday before Easter and patched up the roof nicely. Communication between us was easy. I didn’t have to chase anyone, play phone-tag, or anything. When I called, they answered. If not, I received a call back within 15 minutes. Jose was there to answer every question and address every concern. I am very happy that I chose Duke Contractors LLC to re-roof my home. Daniel was scheduled, came on time, and went into the roof to look at the damage with me. He brought up things other roofing businesses never told me. Such as he’d have to go beyond the point where different boards were damaged and cut them. He also answered questions I had not pertaining to my roof.

It took a few calls before I was able to speak with someone, but once I spoke with Jose, he had a team come out that same day, and then he came out on Saturday to review it, and Monday he came and managed the team. No charge. He said the team missed an area that they should have noticed even though it didn’t have anything to do with the initial estimate.
